Black White Flip is a puzzle game. Your goal is to flip the dots to the same color which is either all black or all white. Select the pattern on the left and rotate it when needed. Various game mechanics such as lock, bomb, linkage etc. to add up the difficulty. It's somewhat luck-based but it's definitely fun to play after figuring out some patterns and tricks.
